FAQ
Yes, but only if you have the iPhone X, 8 Plus, 8, or newer. Earlier iPhones like the 7 Plus, 7, 6s Plus, and 6 are not wireless-charging capable.
Airframe mounts attach best to air vents with flat, straight louvres (see below). If your car's vents aren't compatible, try Airbase Wireless instead.
You can expect an iPhone X to charge from 0%-50% in about 120 minutes, and an iPhone 8 in 90 min. Wireless charging speed is affected by factors like heat, data use, apps, and screen brightness. Wireless charging is generally not as fast as using a USB cable.
Yes, your phone will charge through most non-metallic cases that are 3mm thick or less in the back.
No. Airframe Wireless is designed and warranted for use with the supplied DC charger and Type-C USB cable only. It requires the green Quick Charge 3.0 port to allow fast wireless charging at 7.5W/9W/10W. Connecting the cable to the non-QC3.0 USB port will only allow 5W standard charging.
While Airframe Wireless is capable of 10 watt charging, Apple currently caps wireless charging for iPhones at 7.5 watts, and Samsung limits their phones to 9 watts. They do this as a safety precaution to prevent overheating or damaging the battery. They may may allow 10W charging in the future.
No, only only chargers that have passed testing by the WPC (Wireless Power Consortium) are Qi-certified, meaning they can provide the advertised power, properly "talk" with current and future phones, and have safety features to protect devices and users.
For proper charging, align the middle of your phone with the top edge of the phone grips (see below).
Airframe Wireless isn't a powerbank and there is no battery inside, so it still needs to draw external power via USB cable.
When the inside of your car gets above 86°F/30°C, the Overheat Protection may kick in (LED will flash red) and shut off power to the charger until it cools down. Run the air conditioning 5-10 min to bring down the temperature. If you know you'll be parked in a hot environment for awhile, remove the charger and store in a cool place out of the sun.
Airbase Wireless will not charge through a Popsocket. If you have a metal magnetic plate on your phone, move it to the bottom edge of your phone away from the center to allow charging.
Your phone will stop charging wirelessly and will draw power from the cable instead.

FAQs
Nanosuction sticks best to glass (which all wireless charging phones have on the back) and smooth, shiny phone cases - basically anything a regular suction cup would stick to. You can also improve the suction by licking your finger and adding a little moisture to the pad before attaching. It is not recommended for leather, silicone soft-touch, fabric-backed, heavily textured, or credit card folio cases. We do include a folding nanosuction shelf to allow non-compatible cases to be used with BingeBank.
To clean the pad, you can use a moist towel to wipe away lint and dirt. You can also use a Post-It note to gently lift away any dirt.
No, wireless charging requires a maximum of 3mm (1/8") distance from the charger to work effectively, and nanosuction requires a large smooth surface to adhere to.
No, BingeBank does not have an IPX waterproof rating. Avoid exposure to rain or submerging in water.
BingeBank is allowed in carry-on bags and is perfect for in-flight entertainment. However, per FAA regualtions, BingeBank and all other lithium-ion batteries are not allowed inside check-in bags.
BingeBank cannot wirelessly charge the Apple Watch, you will need to use your Apple Watch charger plugged into the USB port and double-click the power button to enable Low-Power Mode.
No, BingeBank can only be charged through the USB-C port.
Yes, BingeBank will share an effective 15W of power among the three devices through the wireless charger, USB-C, and USB ports.
By connecting an iPhone 8 or later to BingeBank's USB-C port using an Apple Lightning to USB-C cable (not included), you can charge up to 50% in 30 minutes. You can also use the included USB-C to USB cable to connect a Quick Charge 3.0 compatible Android phone to charge up to 50% in 30 minutes.

No, it comes with a USB-C to USB cable but you must provide your own USB charger. BingeBank can be charged from most conventional USB ports, including USB car chargers and laptop ports. You can also fast-charge BingeBank from a Quick Charge 3.0 USB or 18W Power Delivery USB-C source, such as the USB-C Apple MacBook charger and cable.
BingeBank can charge laptops with USB-C power input, such as the MacBook Pro (late-2017 13"/15" touchbar), MacBook Air, and MacBook (2018). You must use a USB-C to USB-C cable (not included).
Low Power Mode (a.k.a. trickle charge) is used for USB charging devices that draw less than 100mA, such as some bluetooth earbuds and smart watches like Apple AirPods and the Apple Watch. To enable, double-click the power button.
Yes, you can charge a phone while BingeBank is also being charged. BingeBank will prioritize 90% of outgoing power to the phone while 10% goes to charge itself. BingeBank detects when your phone is charged and will then direct 100% power to charging itself.
Here are the estimated charge times (your results may vary):
