    Within the United States:
    • Please email info@kenu.com with Warranty in the subject line and include the following info:
      • Describe the issue/defect with your product.
      • Receipt of purchase. If not available, please let us know where you purchased your product.
      • A clear image of the defective, including a focused shot of the Kenu logo.
      • Your shipping address and email.
    International request:

    Please contact info@kenu.com for all international warranty claim requests.
