How much does shipping cost?

Free for US orders over $50 and International orders over $100. US orders under $50 ship via USPS Ground Advantage and rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

International orders under $100 ship via e-Express Package International (starts at $9.95, up to 0.5 lb). 

Note: International customers are responsible for any import tax or customs charge incurred. 

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 48 hours after the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. 

Can I track my order?

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped. Domestic arrival time will vary based on your distance to San Francisco for US orders and to Hong Kong for international orders.

What are the shipping options (standard, expedited)?

US orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. International orders are shipped via e-Express Package International via Hong Kong Post. Expedited shipping is avalable via UPS/FedEx (Rates are calculated by the carriers at checkout).
