What is your return policy?

We guarantee all of our products sold on Kenu.com. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund.

Sorry, Kenu isn't responsible for the shipping fees associated with your return.

How do I return an item?

Send your merchandise to the address below and reference your order number and email that’s linked to your initial order. Once our warehouse receives the return we'll process a full refund. We recommend selecting a traceable shipping carrier.
